How much does Home Watch cost in Naples?
Home Watch is $120 per month, which includes four scheduled visits with photographed reports. Premium ($249/mo) and Platinum ($299/mo) memberships add inventory audits, dryer vent cleaning, post-storm inspections, and priority emergency response.
What happens if you find a problem during a visit?
We document it with photos in your report the same day. For anything needing action, we explain the options and coordinate the fix with a vetted local vendor once you approve — you never have to chase anyone.
Do you serve gated communities?
Yes. We coordinate entry with your gate or community management as part of setup, so scheduled visits are never interrupted.
How do I receive the visit reports?
After every visit you receive a written summary with timestamped photos — what was checked, conditions found, and any recommendations.
Can you get the house ready before we arrive?
Absolutely — pre-arrival openings are one of our most requested services. We air out the home, verify everything is running, and can coordinate restocking and fresh linens when agreed in advance.
What about hurricane season?
Storm-season readiness is built into our checklists. We also offer pre-storm preparation ($120) and documented post-storm inspections ($95) around any significant weather.
