Tell us what the home needs. We get quotes from vetted vendors, you approve, we schedule and supervise the work on-site, then verify the result and send you photos and a summary. Contractor supervision is $50 for the first hour and $35 per additional hour.
Do you mark up vendor pricing?
No. You approve every quote before work begins, and our reports show what was done and what it cost — the coordination fee is separate and stated up front.
Which trades do you coordinate?
Pool, A/C, landscaping, handyman, and other home trades through local vendors we know and trust. If it's outside our network, we'll tell you plainly.
Can I combine this with Home Watch?

How do I know the work was actually done well?
